Serial casting once a week to bend knees back into correct position

V-Y plasty on left knee. Cut the quad muscle into a V shape then sew it back into a Y shape.
Heel release on both feet.
Temporary pins placed in both feet for straightening.
July 8, 2009-July 14, 2009
Halo put on and placed in traction for the entire week in order to straighten cervical spine
July 15, 2009
Posterior cervical fusion C-2 to C-6
September 4, 2009
Posterior cervical fusion C-2 to base of the skull. We recently found out this second surgery did not work and she will need a third fusion at a later date.
